C., will present “Advanced LLC Issues” at the National Business Institute on December 9, 2009. Lidstone will present the workshop with Alan Sparkman; a founding partner of the law firm Sparkman, Shaffer, Perlick, LLP.

He has lectured at the institute for Advanced Legal Studies, University College of Law, and has been a speaker for various professional organizations, mr.
