New Associates: Hilary A. Anderson and Maria E. Hohn

 

Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. Names Two New Associates

Denver, CO – October 27, 2008 – Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. announced today two new associates have joined the firm; Hilary A. Anderson and Maria E. Hohn.

Hilary A. Anderson’s practice will focus primarily on commercial litigation and business law.

Ms. Anderson received her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska, College of Law. Ms. Anderson graduated summa cum laude from Colorado State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree.

While in law school, Ms. Anderson clerked for the law firm, Baird Holm, LLP in Omaha, Nebraska, as well as for the Honorable John Colborn of the Lancaster County District Court. Anderson also served on the Nebraska Moot Court Board. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the field of marketing and advertising.

Maria E. Hohn’s practice will focus primarily on water and environmental law.

Ms. Hohn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ms. Hohn graduated summa cum laude from Regis University where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in History and Political Economy.

While in law school, Ms. Hohn was Managing Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. She also worked in the Environmental Law Clinic and for various other environmental organizations, and she was a recipient of the Chancellor’s Scholarship for her public interest work.
