Biography
Theresa M. Mehringer is a shareholder of Burns Figa & Will, P.C. in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Ms. Mehringer practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities and business transactions. Ms. Mehringer focuses on capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance for both public and private companies, and general corporate and tax matters that arise in connection with complex business transactions. She enjoys working with both public and private companies to help them achieve their business objectives and to execute their business plans.
