Water Law

Our experienced water law attorneys have prevailed in some of the landmark cases in Colorado water law. As drought conditions in Colorado and elsewhere have made abundantly clear, western water law is a complex system that requires experience and skill to successfully navigate. Water disputes and transactions will only increase as population grows. We boast a premier water law team, with experience and skill representing numerous clients on the issues important to western water users, including:
